Returns Policy (retail /online shop)

All items purchased retail from our online shop for return or exchange need to be sent back within 28 days of receipt in a resellable condition – unused and in the original packaging.

Please email webshop@cjlleisure.co.uk to advise us of your return, stating your web order or invoice number and list the items from the order to be returned, if you are not returning the whole order.

Please ensure you gain proof of postage and obtain correct insurance as we are unable to refund any items that are not received or that arrive damaged.

If you hand deliver your return, please note our opening hours, and ensure you get your return signed for by a CJL team member.

Refunds

We process returns as quickly as we can, but it can sometimes take a while between posting back the returned item/s and receiving the refund.

You can track your returned parcel to see that it has arrived safely at our warehouse and you will receive an email from us as soon as the refund has been processed, but please don’t contact us unless 7 or more days have passed and you still haven’t received the money. All agreed refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

If you purchase a set, you will need to return all pieces in the set / package for a full refund of that item.  We cannot accept any partial set orders for refund.

Gift Vouchers

Items purchased with a gift voucher or e-voucher can be exchanged for another item. Gift vouchers and e-vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed for further vouchers.

Multi-buys

In case of the part return of a package or multibuy set, or a similar promotion triggered either by the total quantity or value of the items bought, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded proportionately according to the value of goods kept.

Please note the following:

Unfortunately manufacturing faults can occasionally occur. If you believe an item to be faulty (or is not the item you have ordered), please contact us. We are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
