VW Crafter/MAN TGE LWB Standard Pods/Flares (Pair – inner and outer)

Pair of GRP external rear window pods/flares engineered by CJL Leisure Vehicles specifically for the LWB (L4) and XLWB (L5) VW Crafter/MAN TGE (2017 onwards).

  • The pods increase the width to allow sleeping transversely across the van.
  • Maximum width without inner pods 1970mm, maximum width with inner pods 1940mm.
  • Requires either a bed frame kit, or a pair of window pod/flare support beams to replace body structure required to be cut out to fit the window pods.
  • Suitable for sliding door on left or right of vehicle.
  • Suitable to fit with 270  degree opening rear doors with extra long door stops fitted.

Please note this listing is for a pair of standard outer pods in grey primer ready to be painted.

We can offer several outer pod finishes at an additional cost  – available separately and listed on this site.

Pods come with a recess to fit a sliding window – the window is available separately and listed on this  site.

Collection from our Weston-Super-Mare workshop or shipped to mainland UK address only via our website -this will be charged in addition to the pods. If you require shipment outside the mainland UK please contact us for a shipping quote prior to order.

  • 1 x Offside standard inner pod in gloss finish – either cream or pale grey
  • 1 x Offside standard outer window pod in grey primer
  • 1 x Nearside standard inner pod in gloss finish – either cream or pale grey
  • Choose to add support beams from the drop down (if you are not planning to buy a CJL bed frame)

Please note that support beams are not required should you choose to use a CJL bedframe.
