MWB VW Crafter / MAN TGE Bed Frame & Options

  • Steel bed frame engineered by CJL Leisure Vehicles
  • Specifically for the MWB VW Crafter/MAN TGE (2017 onwards)
  • Bed frame comes with 2 rear support brackets (bolted into place of the rear inner grab handles).
  • There is a letterbox cut out in the front cross beam designed for a slide-out ladder.
  • In a FWD low floor van, this bedframe allows a garage large enough to fit 4 x bicycles under (front wheels off)
  • Can be fitted with CJL rear window pods, which increase the bed length (sleeping transversely across the vehicle) for the whole width of the bed.

Dimensions

  • Bed size: 1949mm x  1427mm (When fitted with CJL bed board in conjunction with CJL rear window pods)
  • Garage height, measured with a 12mm thick floor installed in van:
    • FWD Low floor:  985mm highest (main frame, without ladder). 925mm lowest (front cross beam)
    • 4WD/RWD High floor: 885mm highest (main frame, without ladder). 825mm lowest (front cross beam)
  • Bed head height, measured with a 15mm thick board on top of the bed frame:
    • 910mm measured at the mid front of the bed. 865mm measured at the mid rear of the bed. (Deduct 100mm from this figure with a CJL mattress, or 130mm for bed springs and mattress.)
