Single CJL slide out (bike) tray with linear slides

This CJL-manufactured slide-out tray is the perfect solution for easy loading and access of e-bikes, bikes, storage boxes, luggage, dog crates, coolboxes etc. We fit two of these hard-wearing laminated ply trays side by side in the garages of our MWB and LWB VW Crafter / MAN TGE conversions. They can be fitted in any vehicle with adequate space.

The tray is pre assembled and supplied with all hardware to make the tray functional which includes:

• T-slot allowing fitment of bike mounts  –  this is unique to CJL.
• Side lashing points for cargo boxes
• Stainless steel mounting brackets
• Detachable linear slide

Lock out and latching mechanism allows the trays to be used without issue when parked on a slope.  Each slide-out tray is rated to carry a maximum load of 60kg.

This product has been cleverly engineered to ensure any additional mount options purchased to use on the trays can be removed in seconds to offer infinite and rapid adjustment.

The trays are ready to accept the Rockymounts range of bike mounts – sold on this website along with various slide and angled plates.

The trays come in two lengths (please see product description section below).
